2025: Flood Damage-Resistant Materials Requirements For Buildings - FEMA TB-2

This 2025 update to Technical Bulletin TB-2  provides guidance on the National Flood Insurance Program’s (NFIP’s) requirements on the use of construction materials that are resistant to flood damage.
